Alenka Mali
Alenka Mali, the founder of Lux Snow, is a professional snowboarder and BASE jumper who has spent the last few years competing on the FWTq series and chasing fresh powder in the backcountry.
Growing up between Patagonia and the European Alps, Alenka’s connection to the mountains runs deep. She’s had the privilege of snowboarding in some of the most stunning places on earth, but it was her mother, a renowned alpinist, who left a lasting impression on her. Inspired by her mother’s strength, resilience, and passion for adventure, Alenka came to understand one simple truth: empowered women, empower women.

Klemen Mali
IFMGA and ACMG guide @Klemen Mali
Originally from Slovenia, Klemen Mali grew up exploring and climbing the rugged peaks of the “Sunny Side” of Alps.
Now based in Squamish, British Columbia, he spends his winters guiding with Bella Coola Heli Sports and his summers developing new climbing routes in British Columbia and Mexico. A seasoned alpinist with extensive experience in Patagonia, Klemen brings a deep passion for the mountains to everything he does—whether it’s pioneering first ascents or leading guests through unforgettable alpine adventures.

Bridget
I’m absolutely buzzing with excitement to join Lux’s legendary backcountry adventure team!
As a lifelong athlete who’s lived and breathed movement, I’ve transformed my love for intentional fitness into Bodies By B—where the magic happens when physical training meets present-moment awareness. My approach isn’t just about getting stronger (though that absolutely happens!); it’s about experiencing each movement as a conversation between body, mind, and surroundings.
For our journey together, I’m crafting pre-trip conditioning that will have you arriving confident and prepared—not just physically ready, but mentally tuned in to how your body responds to challenges. Then, as the sun sets on our daily adventures, we’ll transition into restorative yin practices that will be your secret weapon for processing the day’s experiences and waking up refreshed for tomorrow’s explorations.
