Our mission
Our mission is to empower women ready to conquer their fears in the backcountry and grow through guided breathwork and yoga in the stunning scenery of Patagonia and BC.
To provide a space, through a uniquely curated mountain experience for women who like to challenge themselves mentally and physically in the mountains while grounding through yoga and guided breathwork.
To connect like-minded women across the globe in one week full of activities where they can push their limits, challenge themselves, and experience growth alongside other strong women.
Alenka Mali
Alenka Mali, the founder of Lux Snow, is a professional snowboarder and BASE jumper whose passion for adventure has taken her from the rugged peaks of the European Alps to the untamed wilderness of Patagonia. Based in Squamish, BC, Alenka has spent the last few years competing on the Freeride World Tour Qualifier series and chasing fresh powder in the backcountry, driven by her love for both the sport and the natural world.
Growing up between Patagonia and the European Alps, Alenka’s connection to the mountains runs deep. She’s had the privilege of snowboarding in some of the most stunning places on earth, but it was her mother, a renowned alpinist, who left a lasting impression on her. Inspired by her mother’s strength, resilience, and passion for adventure, Alenka came to understand one simple truth: empowered women, empower women.
This belief is at the heart of Lux Snow—a business built not only around the pursuit of thrilling, personalized backcountry ski and snowboard experiences, but also around empowering women to chase their dreams, embrace their limits, and find their own connection to nature.
Klemen Mali

Originally from Slovenia, Klemen Mali grew up exploring and climbing the rugged peaks of the “Sunny Side” of Alps. Now based in Squamish, British Columbia, he spends his winters guiding with Bella Coola Heli Sports and his summers developing new climbing routes in British Columbia and Mexico. A seasoned alpinist with extensive experience in Patagonia, Klemen brings a deep passion for the mountains to everything he does—whether it’s pioneering first ascents or leading guests through unforgettable alpine adventures.
